Jana serves as Vice Chairwoman of the Memphis City Council. She is Chair of the Planning & Zoning Committee, Vice Chair of the Executive Committee, and the Council liaison to the Renasant Convention Center, First 8 Memphis, and the Memphis Film and Television Commission.

Michael serves as Tennessee Director of Leadership for Educational Equity. Previously, he founded and led Memphis College Prep and is actively involved with organizations including Shelby Farms Park, the Downtown Memphis Commission, and Let’s Innovate Through Education (LITE).
